Step 3
Signing of the Promise to Sell
After agreeing on the price and setting the terms of sale, it is time to sign the promise to sell with the notary.
This document allows time to lift all suspensive conditions and obtain building rights.
Step 4
Submission of the Building Permit by the Developer
In this step, you have nothing to do. We handle submitting the permit to the town hall.
If the town hall grants us the permit, we must display it and wait 3 months for it to become final.
Final Step
Signing of the Authentic Deed of Sale
After the permit has been cleared and the suspensive conditions of sale have been lifted, you will sign the authentic deed of sale with the developer at the notary’s office.
The notary’s signature formalizes and finalizes the deed of sale. We will then pay you the amount of the sale price due to you.
